Live Nation Entertainment and Blueprint Events have announced the return of Surrey’s FVDED in the Park musical festival this summer, July 5-6 at Holland Park.
Two days of ticketed concerts will feature music by Swedish House Mafia, Kx5 (the collaboration of Canadian DJ deadmau5 and American producer Kaskade), Diplo, John Summit, Dom Dolla and dozens of other artists.
An “all-star lineup of dance and electronic acts” is promised at the festival, tickets for which are sold starting Feb. 14 at 11 a.m. on fvdedinthepark.com.
Last summer, the two-day electronic and hip-hop festival was “on pause” for a year due to “difficulties” that weren’t detailed when the cancellation was announced in March 2023.
”The festival’s return is both a culmination of effort and an act of apprecation for the trusted FVDED community, whose feedback has been heard and deeply valued,” said a press release Wednesday, Feb. 7.
“FVDED has called upon some of EDM’s biggest names and curated its most exciting lineup to date. Swedish House Mafia, Kx5 (Kaskade & deadmau5), Diplo, John Summit and Dom Dolla will headline this year’s festival, and will be joined by Chris Lake, Nora En Pure, Chase & Status, and many more.”
